Crust :

- 1/4 cup coconut flour

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Filling :
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- Icing :
