SWEET MERINGUE COOKIES
I love it when these cookies just melt in your mouth. They are so addicting. I haven’t had any in ages.
Meringue Cookies are crispy and light all the way through. These melt in your mouth bites are good with coffee, tea or just on their own!

INGREDIENTS
- 4 large egg whites room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food coloring (optional)
- Pink gel food coloring
- Purple gel food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
- Line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Add egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt to a large bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer).
