EASY VANILLA COLD BREW COFFEE POPSICLES
PREPARATION : 10 minutes
SERVES : 10
INGREDIENTS
- 12 ounces unsweetened cold brew coffee
- 14 ounces light or full fat canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, dairy free for vegan
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend together all of the ingredients except the chocolate until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, Insert the popsicle stick and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove the frozen popsicles from the molds and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle with the melted dark chocolate then place them back in the freezer to harden.
