I love making sorbets year ’round, but especially summer! This flavor combo sounds amazing, and I love the intense yellow color! Boom!



 EASY LEMON TURMERIC SORBET



Prep Time: 5 minutes
freezing time: 8 hours
Yield: 4-6 servings



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Transfer into a covered container and leave for 4 hours in the freezer.
