Delicious Cheesecake with white chocolate and raspberries

 Do you like cheese cake but do not have much time? You can let it stiffen carefree in the fridge to a delicious creamy no bake cheesecake.

Delicious Cheesecake with white chocolate and raspberries

  • 300 g shortbread
  • 100 g of butter, melted
  • 300 ml of cream
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 350 g of fresh cheese
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g raspberries
  • powdered sugar

  1. Mix the shortbread fine in a blender. Stir the melted butter into 250 g of crumbled cookies.
  2. Cover the bottom of 4 small springforms with baking paper. Spread the cookie mixture over it, press with the convex side of a spoon and cool.
  3. Melt the white chocolate au bain marie. Beat the cream and fresh cheese together. Add the vanilla sugar and stir well. Fold the melted chocolate into the cheese mixture.
  4. Fill the molds with the cheese mixture and put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Finish them just before serving with the remaining cookie crumbs, raspberries and some powdered sugar.
